Your kid shows up to a structured training day with coaches who know what they are doing. Strength work, conditioning, skill building, team challenges. We end every day with their body tired and their head sharper.
Age appropriate movement patterns. Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. Bodyweight progressions for younger kids, programmed loaded work for older athletes. Form first, weight second.
Sled pushes, sprints, intervals, Hyrox style stations. Builds aerobic base and anaerobic capacity. Kids get fit without it feeling like punishment.
Rope climbs, jumps, agility ladders, throwing, catching, balance, rolls, falls. The athletic vocabulary every kid needs and most never learn. Translates to every sport.
Partner workouts, relay races, team competitions. Kids learn to push their teammates and get pushed back. Wins come from the group, not just the individual.
Capture the flag, dodgeball, obstacle courses, kid voted favorites. Real games that build movement on top of fitness. Camp should be fun. We do that on purpose.
Cool downs, mobility, breath work, short talks on effort and grit. The piece most camps skip. We end every day teaching kids how to take care of themselves.
Troy and Monique London own and run WEFiT. They are in the room every day. This is not a franchise drop off. This is the family business.
Troy leads WEFiT and personally coaches the Pro Prep tier. Real strength and conditioning, real programming, real coaching. He runs every day on the floor.

Deep End Fitness is real pool training for kids. Breath work, submerged movement, conditioning, mental composure under the surface. The athletic foundation most kids never get because swim programs skip past it.
